Where is Mizner Storall of Boca Raton located?
We are located just east of 2nd ave (Boca Raton Blvd) and just west of Dixie Highway. Our address is 120 NW Spanish River Blvd, Boca Raton, FL 33431

What are the office hours?
We have no set walk-in hours. We do however respond to text, email and calls promptly.

What are the access hours?
We offer 24/7 access for our tenants with the one time purchase of a 24/7 access pass/app.

What are the lease terms?
Leases are month to month with an initial 3 month commitment due up-front. Within the first 3 months, leases are non-refundable and aren't subject to occupancy. After the initial 3 months, your lease will continue on a month to month basis which can be terminated by providing us a 30 day email notice to vacate sent to MiznerStorallBoca@gmail.com.

How do I know where my parking/storage space is located?
All storage spaces are clearly marked either on the ground and/or at the entry to the space(s). We can also provide you with a facility map showing where your unit is located.

How often will my monthly rent price change?
The benefits of leasing with us is that we are family owned and operated. Unlike many of our competitors who are public companies, we don't do "monthly pricing". Our lease terms are month to month; however, our pricing is adjusted only 1x per calendar year and we provide you with plenty of advance notice of any changes in lease prices and/or terms. We do our best to keep our prices competitive with our local marketplace and trends.

Can I stay overnight or live in my boat/camper/RV here?
No. Under no circumstance whatsoever can you stay overnight or live at our facility. Doing so will result in police being called and immediate termination of your lease agreement in addition to full forfeiture of any pre-paid rent and/or deposits.

What Security Measures/Features Do You Offer?
We screen all prospective tenants backgrounds prior to leasing any space here. We also have 24-hour video surveillance with LPR enhancements, coded/app gate entry and full perimeter security fencing.
How can I pay my rent?
All tenants are required to enroll in autopay. We accept credit, debit, or ACH as forms of payment for rent and services.

What documentation is necessary for renting a unit?
A valid government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, passport, or state ID in addition to a photo and description of the item(s) being stored with us.

*some storage units may require additional documentation.

Are there restrictions on items I can store?
Items prohibited for storage include but aren't limited to perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible materials, or liquids.

Will my rent rate change after my initial 3 months?
All leases are month to month; however, we strive to keep prices consistent for the entire calander year. We provide ample notice of any rate changes well in advance of the statutory requirements.

How do I terminate my lease?
Very simply email us your 30 day written notice as notated in your lease. You must email the location(s) directly from which you rent your space(s). For this location (Boca Raton) the email address is MiznerStorallBoca@gmail.com.

I see that you offer "Off Site Boat Trailer Parking", what is that?
We have multiple locations throughout South Florida. In order to offer our clients the most convenient and affordable boat trailer parking, we have dedicated some sections of our properties exclusively to affordable off site parking. This is a great way to store an empty boat trailer at a discounted rate. (We do however require 48 hrs advance notice when you want to retrieve the trailer, as it will likely be stored in a non/difficult to-access area)

Can I run or register my business out of Mizner Storall?
Only our business mini-office space lease allows for this type of use, with exceptions. Our outdoor parking leases strictly prohibit you from using our address as your business mailing address. In addition, you can not sell any products from our location whatsoever. A violation of this portion of the lease agreement will result in immediate termination of your lease agreeement.

What is the largest item(s) that you can store/park?
Our largest parking space is 11' wide x 40' long. The largest item that we can comfortably accommodate would be a maximum width of 9' and maximum length of 35'.
